Here's what you need to know about shipping your order with us:

• All motorcycles do require some assembly. Pre-assembly can be completed before shipping for an additional $250.00. Pre-assembly can increase the original shipping costs based on the shipment requirements.  If there are additional costs, a team member will reach out to confirm your order, shipping details and any additional costs BEFORE your order is prepared for shipment. Please note that a “rolling bike” shipment can take longer for transportation than “in-the-crate” motorcycle shipping. You can estimate a 30 day delivery window on all rolling shipments.

• In-the-crate shipments are shipped via LTL freight. At times, shipping updates may not be available. Some shipments may require an appointment for delivery. Not all locations are viable for delivery. A team member will be in contact to confirm your delivery address, contact person, phone number and email address.

• Delivery time frames are dependent upon transportation carriers, availability, weather conditions and location. Once your delivery has departed, a member of our team will provide an accurate time frame for delivery. We do not guarantee a delivery schedule. If you have received a confirmation and not received your delivery, please reach out to a team member to assist you further.

• Please be sure to check your delivery thoroughly before signing the confirmation with your driver. Should there be any damage at the time of delivery, STATE THE DAMAGE on your delivery confirmation sheet, and take photos to send to admin@secycles.com the same day as your delivery. Claims must be made within 3-days of your delivery. Kollter USA is not responsible for any damage claimed outside the 3-day window. We cannot guarantee any claim success but will work diligently to ensure all information is processed appropriately.

• We do not provide shipping outside of the United States. Should you wish to ship outside of the country, we can find your closest Kollter Distribution Center.
