RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Here's what you need to know:

If your motorcycle has not been shipped, or we are unable to fulfill your order, you can cancel at anytime without penalty.

Once the arrangements of your shipment have begun, and assigned a tracking number, your bike is considered purchased. ​

If for any reason, you refuse the delivery, a 10% motorcycle restocking fee & all shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns for motorcycle purchases. If you are experiencing any problems, our Service Team will be ready to assist you by your reaching out to service@secycles.com or by calling (714) 714-0420 to speak to a team member.
